I realized early on that coaching was the route for me because of the time savings. I think FreaKii is a very, very good coach. Probably the best I have seen in everybody I’ve ever worked with. I’ve learned that having a rank and having the ability to teach are two different things. However, the GCB (and coaching) is no magic pill. Like anything in life you want to accomplish, it requires hard, hard work. I am older so it takes me a little bit longer to understand and learn. The GCB held me accountable, but I still had to practice hours and hours to see results.
